I’m a nurse and i’ve been working with Roy since the beginning of 2019, and in that time i’ve achieved amazing results.

My goal is to lose body fat, and then to gain muscle

This is because i’ve been one of those people that have always been on crash diets for so many weeks, and then obviously couldn’t stick to it and rebound.

I’d also go to the gym and not be able to stick to a routine there either.

With Roy, it’s structured training suitable to your needs.  So when you’re able to do it then you’re able to do it, not feeling forced.  Fitting it into your own lifestyle, so with me being a nurse who works busy 12 hour shifts, so I fit it in when I can.

Not only is this in the training and dieting, but i’ve had a massive shift in mindset. I’ve learned so much nutrition, because, for me, nutrition and mindset have always been my biggest struggle.

I’m a dentist based in Glasgow, and before I started coaching with Roy my goal was to lose body fat and gain muscle.

I found myself in the gym most days of the week, for months on end, trying to achieve these goals. Never really getting anywhere.  Ultimately, it became very disheartening.  Then I signed up to RX2 Fitness coaching.

Just taking what you’ve been teaching and guiding me to do, going from tracking to non-tracking seamlessly, especially if i’m having to travel for work.

I used to go to all the fat-loss classes while following “healthy eating” advice and got nowhere.  Wondering what I was getting so wrong that nothing seems to be happening how they tell you it should.

I followed Roy on social media for a while and always loved his approach to healthy lifestyle (especially when you could enjoy a beer or 2 in the process). So I decided sign up to Roy’s 8 Weeks to Lean programme and fair to say i was very surprised!
